Business Consulting

Our first half hour consultation is FREE of charge for both nonprofits and small businesses!

Consulting charges past the first half hour are a $100/hour fee.

Online Listings

We can make your business more visible to potential clients and customers by ensuring you are properly listed on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other key information providers.

Cost: One time, $100 fee

Website Design

Having a website presence is a must for all organizations, but it is not enough to just throw up a static page and be done.  We will make sure your site meets the needs of your audience, and work with you from start to finish, sticking within your budget.  Here are some examples of what we can provide:

  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Web-friendly graphic design and branding
  • Assistance with copywriting and content development
  • Unique plugin features such as; translation widgets, WooCommerce, and donation buttons
  • Social media integration

Cost: 

Website Package Tier 1: $1,000

  • A website with up to six pages which can include: Homepage, About, Blog, and Contact
  • Client is responsible for providing all content

Website Package Tier 2: $2,000

  • A website with unlimited pages which can include: Homepage, About, Blog, and Contact
  • SEO keyword rich content will be custom written for all webpages
  • Custom graphic design work for website graphics
  • Client is responsible for all branding items (i.e. logo), or may purchase Branding Package Tier 2

Social Media Management

For many businesses, social media management is just another heap to add on an already overflowing plate.  Civic Support can help lessen this burden by creating a social media strategy that is authentic to your organization’s unique voice.  We have a rather unique model in which we are willing to provide training to your own team, or we can take over your social media accounts on your behalf.  As always, it is our promise to stay within your budget and provide the best “bang for your buck”!

Costs: 

Social Media Tier I: $250/month
– Management for two social media accounts
– Monthly content planning meeting
– Postings twice a week
– Will respond to, or forward, all DMs and comments
– Can create and manage Facebook events for additional fee
– Social media graphics will be generated as needed
– Will build interactions once a week

 

 

Social Media Tier II: $500/month
-Management for three social media accounts
– Twice- monthly content planning meetings
– Postings three times a week
– Will respond to, or forward, all DMs and comments
– Will create and manage all Facebook events
– Social media graphics will be generated as needed
– Will build interactions twice a week

Graphic Design

The Civic Support team brings highly talented and experienced designers into every project to ensure that whether we are sprucing up your site or creating print materials, your design will be completed at the highest level of professionalism.  Here are some example of graphic design services we can provide:

  • Logo design and branding
  • Print materials such as flyers, postcards, business cards and brochures
  • Infographics
  • Social media and website banners and sliders
  • Photo editing for galleries or social media accounts

Cost:

Most graphics are priced-per-project, however, we offer branding packages at the price seen below.

  • Branding Package Tier I – $500 fee
    • Vector logo design
    • Defined branding elements (colors, typography, etc.)
  • Branding Package Tier II – $1,000 fee
    • Vector logo design
    • Defined branding elements (colors, typography, etc.)
    • Banners for website and up to 3 social media accounts

Copywriting

In today’s world of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content is key.  This means that if you want people to find out about your cause, you need to make sure you have great content that really engages your audience, and that is updated often.  Whether you are just looking to workshop your organization’s voice and audience profile, or want our team to write you some brand new copy, we have the resources to help you get it done.  Our services include:

  • E-newsletter copy, design, and management
  • Website copywriting and/or editing
  • Copywriting for print advertising or social media campaigns
  • Blog articles

Cost: 

  • Content Creation Package: Tier 1 – $250/month
    • Two blog posts a month
    • One hour/month of digital media collection (product photos, event, videos, etc.)
    • One hour of website content updates when needed
  • Content Creation Package: Tier 2 – $500/month
    • Weekly blog posts
    • Two hours/month of digital media collection (product photos, event videos, etc.)
    • Two hours of website content updates when needed

Public Relations

Coordinating with the media can be an arduous task.  Our team can help facilitate that process by assisting you in developing press kits or press releases, and getting them into the right hands to help generate some buzz for your organization.  Our services include:

  • Writing and designing press kits
  • Writing press releases
  • Coordinating contact with news outlets
  • Preparation for interviews or media events

Cost:

Media Package Tier I: $250

  • Creation of a press kit, including: press release, info sheet, organizational background, and other relevant documentation
  • Client must provide all branding elements
  • Support in submitting press releases to media outlets

Media Package Tier II: $500

  • Creation of a press kit, including: press release, info sheet, organizational background, and other relevant documentation
  • Branding and graphic design of all documents (this does not include logo design)
  • Support in submitting and following up with media outlets

Training Workshops

Some businesses can afford a monthly retainer to have us handle all of their outreach needs.  However, some are small companies and nonprofits have limited budgets and there is a need for each employee to wear multiple hats as they continue to grow.  If that sounds familiar, fear not, you are in good company with many other small business owners!  Please contact us if you would like us to provide a marketing training workshop to your team!  We can cover many topics including:
